Gently referring to the creative achievements of past years, the team is constantly working on the replenishment of its repertoire. These are Russian folk songs, songs of modern performers, amateur authors and of course, great attention is paid to the works of the Ural composers.

Cheerful, patriotic, lyrical songs that sound in the performance of the choir combine feelings and moods of all age categories of the population. The skillful leadership allows the “Vehnik” team to perform songs, both under musical accompaniment and a ccapella. In working with the team, many are used. During the classes, painstaking work is underway with each participant in the team for the development of practical skills in the execution of parties as part of the vocal ensemble and the choral team, and much attention is paid to the coherence of the performed vocal number.

Over the years of creative activity, the "Vechesk" choir significantly expanded its repertoire. Concert programs of the team are diverse, saturated with bright memorable numbers in which there are many creative finds. The main task of the collective is the preservation, development and propaganda of the song culture and heritage of samples of folk art. The performances of the choir not only contribute to the atmosphere of the holiday, but also bring different generations of people closer.

Many events, including district ones, are not complete without the participation of the choir. The team is not only a participant in events of various levels, but also a laureate of festivals and competitions, namely: the All-Russian Bazhov festival of folk art, regional festivals-competitions “Golden plane of the Urals”, “Singing the Urals”, “Our Motherland-Ural”, “Salute of Victory!

Every year he takes part in the district festival - a competition of choral groups and vocal ensembles "Choir drops". And also participates in the district amateur performances "Step to the Future."
