This is somewhat not correlated with the official data of his biography - only one decade of imprisonment, which began for a date per year, is known for certain. It is interesting that in the same M, David Gerliani was an active participant, if not the instigator of the rebellion of prisoners in one of the correctional colonies of Omsk, where he had to serve his term.

There are memories and evidence that Dato Swan behaved very tough and, from the point of view of thieves' morality, very worthy - as opposition to the leadership of the colony and law enforcement officers. The reason was, as it is believed, the overly brutal attitude of employees in relation to prisoners and generally arbitrariness there. And although it is believed that the thieves' environment excludes and even condemns any opportunities for obtaining “titles” and other benefits through related ties, and also insists on the absence of wives and children, unofficially, the sons of famous “lawyers” sometimes get their status and authority thanks to the fathers.

And if not sons - so son -in -law! This is how Dato Svan reasoned when he married the daughter of Mengrelsky “Thief in the Law” by Walter Jedgee. And then the father -in -law became for him the “godfather”, and the “coronation” itself took place in Turkey in March. Deportation and detention in foreign states from the moment of “coronation” in the life of Dato Svan began a period when he visited more than one country, with his character and beliefs alternately making himself troubles in different states. So, in October of the year, David Gerliani got into the receiver for illegal migrants by decision of the Timiryazevsky court in the city from the Russian capital of the “legislator” was expelled to Greece, since in Moscow he spent two days, having entered fake documents by the way, he repeated like that more than once.

And after expulsion, he managed to visit Italy and Spain. His “clan patrons” even read him the “position” of the “look” over Odessa. But this did not happen: in the year he was expelled from Odessa, detaining in a restaurant with a passport in the name of David Chachibay. And although the passport was Ukrainian, local law enforcement officers for a reason considered the document to be false and sent the Dato Svan to Georgia, forbidding him to enter Ukraine for three years.

Further, the problem of the thief was that Georgian legislation, due to the new policy of the state, demands not to relate to the “lawyers”, but on the contrary, to judge and plant for several years of any citizen of Georgia, who was “a thief in law”. At the same time, to deny your title for a real “legalist” means to lose the “title” in the eyes of the community. Therefore, Gerliani, who drove into Georgia across the Armenian border and there, the detainee, as he could, bypassed this issue.Moreover, as such, the Georgian law and order had no complaints about him: the facts of crimes in this country were not listed - and in the end, Georgia recognized him as its citizen.

True, before that he had to spend some time in imprisonment for the period of the investigation, after which the court appointed him the payment of a fine of Lari for violating the rules for crossing the state border. However, after that he was released, not considering the thief - since Dato Svan himself, not without Paphos, called himself a “free artist”. The thief in the law of David Gerliani - Dato Swan but in the year the thief was not lucky in Kazakhstan - it was there that he was detained and expelled from the country with a ban on re -entry, since he entered the false documents, and besides, as the local law enforcement officers were confident, in order to popularize thieves' ideology.

In the year, he managed to live in Turkey and Egypt in Hurghada. And the “Romance with Ukraine” continued with him already in M: Dato Swan tried to enter the country at the beginning of this year, but he was not allowed on the border itself. David Gerliani made a repeated attempt in July of the year - he was again detained on the border with Transnistria, determined in a specialist for illegal migrants and opened an investigation in the case of illegal crossing of the border.

Now this case is being considered in court.
