Andrey Fomenko Biography
Andrei Fomenko-about the biotechnology, the extension of youth and his Senator Empire, the billionaire and the head of the Empire Holder, increased the number of Senator business centers in St. Petersburg to 45 and plans to continue the expansion forever-this is how his books on the longevity of the focus for life, which had published in Alpine, has been shared in Alpine.
Daniil Yaroshchuk Bolshaya Morskaya turns into a senatorial one: this year you added to the property of Faberge, the house of Zheadimirovsky and others. In total, now there are seven of our buildings on the street. Maybe we will buy two more. This is the former Wall Street of the Russian Empire, it will again be very suitable for becoming a business center of the city. True, now the premises are rented here mainly by IT companies, and not banks, as it was a century and a half ago.
It was more difficult to arrange another fresh acquisition, the former service building of the marble palaces on a millionth? I would not say. The deal was agreed quickly, about a month and a half later. For decades of work with KGIOP, we learned all the technical subtleties of protecting cultural heritage objects. In this building, by the way, there are only stairs under the defense of the committee.
But on the large sea objects of security, there are much more - stucco molding, doors, lamps, marble floors, Metlakh tiles, even candelabra. We restore all this and carefully enter into a new interior. The Empire Holding is intentionally working with different architectural bureaus so that the office premises are different from each other - each must correspond to the facade, history of the building, its environment.
I try not to impose my imperial taste. So recently, even in the center of St. Petersburg, we make laconic interiors or loft in the Senator business centers. It’s hard to work in palace chambers. The building, where you live yourself, also had to be put in order? Of course: they repaired the facade, plastered, painted, put on the whole house of windows with oak frames. But in the quarter there are still many sad buildings.
Ugly, when in the center of St. Petersburg there is such a garbage. You are busy with the city landscape for 23 years, and the Eternal Youth Foundation, which is investing in the sphere of biotechnology, how did the topic of longevity interested the student of Finek? Can I say mysteriously? Illumination came. At twenty -four, it seemed to me that the eternity ahead was not at all eternal.
And very soon everything can end. It seems that there was some kind of crisis in the yard. Read an excerpt from the book about why stress is useful. In your new book Focus for Life, by the way, you advise you cannot avoid crises. Crises are cyclical, which means they always pass. The main thing is to wait for the end of bad times, without making sudden movements - remember the wave of suicides among businessmen in the first wave of coronavirus?
I am used to falling: they happened in,,,,,, m. We need to strive to be upset about it all is not too much. Use any well -known techniques to reduce stress. Every morning I am engaged in yoga for an hour and a half, listening to mantras, control my breath. And I agree with the Dalai Lama: the best meditation is a dream. For recent years I have been using it systematically, having accumulated knowledge, before that - intuitively.
That is, info -codes are not in vain with desire cards? This is just one of the techniques. Having a goal, it would be better to keep it in the mind, remind yourself, wake up it. After all, everything one way or another comes from the head. But I do not perceive courses and coach. This is some kind of violent causing good. A person himself must come to a decision on how to live, find information himself and, of course, act, and not cut pictures from magazines.
Andrei is not a newcomer to Non-Fikshn: he was already a co-author of popular science books “Potential Heroprotectors” and “Human aging biomarkers” edited by the leading Russian gerontologist Alexei Mosklev. Is the topic of bio -haking close to you, as the IT businessman Sergei Faga understands it? Biohackers are the heroes of our time. They put experiments for free, for the sake of science.
Risk is a noble business. I am delighted, but the example is not the following. I prefer to receive vitamins from food, and form neural connections with new activities. Recently I broke my right hand, jumping into the sea on vacation - and I will tell you when all the manipulations have to be done with the left, neuroplasticity simply takes off. In the year, you said that ideas to invest in biotechnology are not supported by investors.
Has the situation changed? It has changed, but people still relate to the concept of eternal youth too optimistic. It is impossible to apply business models to it. We do not even know about when our ideas will receive scientific confirmation and come true. But one project has already been launched: the VSH smartphones application stimulates the central nervous system with specially selected visual and sound signals to start the synthesis of “useful” hormones and neuropeptides.
About twenty people participated in the development - biologists, scientific journalists, programmers. And this whole team helped me work on the book.In principle, the “focus for life” will accumulate that I have gleaned from scientific on the topic of longevity over the past few years - and these are publications a year. I added details, structured, but it turned out, of course, collective work.
In the year, Fomenko created the IVAO company - a platform for financing research in the fight against aging, and the next year he entered the expert council of the Baku Institute, which is dealing with the same issues in California. You write that the main secret of longevity is the purpose of life. Have you already designated your own? Yes, in Japan it is called Ikigai, in Costa Rica-Plan de Vida.
It can be associated with anything, even with growing tomatoes. Beautiful, I think the goal. And the purpose of my life is in its extension. So I am very against non -compliance with the distance and mask regime. How many years would you like to live? Not yet bored. Buddhism is close to me, but I do not believe in reincarnation.
So why not forever? A long life is the only value and my most ambitious task. Text: Alla Sharanina.
