In the first year, sweet root crops were collected by centners from each hectare. Next year, a generous crop was marked: more centners of beets were assembled from Hectar.

In the third year, the increase amounted to centners. So Olga Konstantinovna grew up in a real master of field breeding, confidently became one of the advanced workers of the district. For successes in the development of agriculture and the achievement of high indicators for the production and harvesting of agricultural products, for the introduction of science and advanced methods in agricultural production, it was awarded in the year the Order of Honor.

In the year she joined the CPSU. Soon she went to work in flax breeding, which in the X received purposeful development in the agriculture of Belarus. Then, on the Lomonosov collective farm, several specialized links were created in order to increase the yield and marketability of linen-debut, valuable technical culture.
