But they were powerless, and, unfortunately, soon the father was gone. Although in the family we have doctors - mother brothers and my cousin.

However, before dying, the father asked his son to choose this path - to save the lives of others, to become a doctor. And this completely changed the life of the boy. But, knowing how it is important for her to fulfill the order of her father, he went to Makhachkala to enter the Dagestan Medical Institute. I submitted documents to the pediatric faculty only because there was less competition.

The Makhachkala professors could not believe that a boy from a distant village school in the mountains could speak so well in Russian, and in general have a good education. Biology, literature, chemistry - passed, although not without difficulties, and here is a new, student life. In the year, the young Makhach went to the sea infantry in Severodvinsk. It was there, in the army, friends appeared, communication with which continues all his life.

One of the army comrades was the guy Sergey Telegin from Yelets. Surprisingly, even then the old city has come into the life of a Dagestan guy a little. Who knew that he would soon become his home ... The Marine Corps Makhach Aliyev still communicates with his colleagues. Several times a year they meet, call up, celebrate holidays together. There is no time on a hobby, and these meetings help to reboot.

After the service, the guy returned to the institute and graduated from the Pediatric Faculty, as well as surgery. A referral to work was given to him in his native Rutulsky district. Browned, he stood at the office responsible for issuing directions and thought what to do. Behind this, classmates found him. The girls were from the Lipetsk region and with directions went to their native area to work.

Mahach took a chance and asked if there was a direction in Lipetsk, and received the last. In the Lipetsk Health Department, he was offered several places in the regional center, as well as a pediatrician in the Yeletsky clinic. And he chose Yelets. So the difficult medical life began. Mahach was a pediatrician in the clinic at the hospital, ran on challenges, and also worked as an ambulance.

The times were difficult, they paid very little, everyone was spinning as best he could, it happened even on gasoline to reach the call. There was a young doctor in a hostel. Once, half -dead with fatigue, he sat at a stop and waited for a bus. And suddenly a man turned to him. Upon learning that a friend lives in a hostel, Sergei categorically stated that this is not a matter.

He said that he has a free apartment, and offered to move there.

He gave the keys, and soon the doctor moved. There he lived until receiving his own housing. Tikhon Khrennikov himself helped to receive it. A relative of the composer treated by Mahach found out that the doctor does not have his own home. The woman called Khrennikov, and he was able to speed up the solution of the housing issue. And with the family, Sergei Aliyev is still friends.

Together, they spend the weekend in the village near the Yelets, walk through the forest, fried barbecue. In the department of traumatology, he is adored. Both colleagues and patients. Children give him drawings that Aliyev keeps in his office. And I still do not hesitate to ask someone if I have not figured out something. Even if these are younger medical staff.

Life taught me that nurses and nurse, especially with extensive experience, can suggest a lot. When the patient is brought - and in “injury” this is most often urgent and emergency - all in the department are rushed to the rescue. Despite the years of work and constant involvement in pain, Dr. Aliyev cannot get used to it. When they bring complex patients with severe injuries after an accident or falling from a height or very young children, he always worries very much before proceeding with the examination, treatment, he always puts himself in the patient’s place and in the place of his parent: “And how would I feel now?

When the patient is recovering - for a doctor this is the greatest joy. Like every doctor, he is afraid to make a mistake and that he cannot help. In his medical practice there were cases that I didn’t even want to remember when the children died in front of our eyes and nothing could be done - these were rare pathologies. So, in the year, one teenage girl died of rabies.

The family started a puppy who was infected and bit the girl. Soon the dog died, and two months later the girl fell ill. It is very scary and creepy when you understand that you cannot do anything, there is no treatment for rabies.Despite the difficult work, every morning Mahach Aliyev comes to the department with joy and did not even hear about emotional burnout, this is not about him.

The girl moved after him to Yelets and has been working on a massage nurse for many years. With his future wife, Mahach studied together at school, her father was the first teacher of the boy. He does not forget his native places in Dagestan, to his family, drives by car. The only son of Aliyev also became a doctor. He is a dentist. I think that I can make a lot of useful things in improving the quality of medical care, ”says Makhach Gabibullahovich.

With these thoughts, the doctor won the preliminary party vote of United Russia for the election to the Yelets City Council. Among the first measures, Aliyev proposes to improve the hospitalization algorithm. So that the patient puts as little effort as possible by getting into a medical institution. In the year, the Yelets children's orthopedist became the winner of the All -Russian contest "Children's Doctor of the Year".

More than 80 doctors from all regions of Russia took part in it: cardiologists, ophthalmologists, surgeons and others. In the competition, a personal video official about work was evaluated, and then a large full -time exam by the country's children's medicine. It was important to realize that my experience, knowledge in the work was highly appreciated. This gives strength.
