Vadim Maheev summed up the first intermediate results of his activity at a new post at a press conference in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Vadim Evgenievich, why did you start your work in the district already in a new quality for yourself? Having gained a number of assistants, we at the same time did not limit ourselves to the admission of citizens. We have created a whole system “deputy and society” as a certain center in which various resources are concentrated - volunteer, charity, organizational, legislative.

And through this center we distribute help for those who really need. Over the past time, we held several promotions. For those who could not come, we conducted targeted congratulations at home. There was a holiday all day, many city institutions presented their program. There were hundreds of gifts for the children, and for many I saw tears in the eyes when they received gifts.

We came up with this holiday for the first time, but we will continue such a tradition in the future. Even during the election campaign, we walked around the apartments, and I noticed that there are many families - mostly disabled people and pensioners - who live simply in catastrophic conditions. And since March, we have gained volunteers - students from various universities - who, on a charity basis, decided to help us make repairs in these apartments.

Many companies, including ZhEKI, allocated materials to us, we made repairs ourselves. We are not going to finish this work, it goes, and several apartments are being repaired a month. How many apartments have you already repaired, and how do you choose those families whose housing needs repair? We also made repairs at school when they had problems with the sanitary and epidemiological station and it was urgent to do something.

How do we select? The question is difficult. Any person can be called those in need, but in fact, when you come to people home, you see how they live. When a single mother sits, who has several children, and flows from the roof, the wallpaper falls off, then this is a really difficult situation. Well, in general, we select not according to some criteria, but intuitively.

In May, in the courtyard of the house, together with the tenants, we planted trees. Back in May, we started a action - a kind of experiment. My assistants suggested collecting things that are lying at people at home, and who have nowhere to put it. And at the end of June, those in need - disabled people, large families - these things have dismantled. Today we realized that the effect of such a promotion is just crazy.

After all, someone just throws out unnecessary things, and someone gets what he really needs. And for this resources there is not a lot of resources. Today we start with a whole charity marathon “Smile with your heart” in Chelny, Elabuga, Almetyevsk, Chistopol, Bugulma, Nizhnekamsk. In the Essen supermarkets, we will collect things - presumably until September - and in September will pass the distribution.

What is primarily from things to need, what to carry people and where? The collection points are located in Essen stores. You can take toys to the orphanage, but many are just too lazy to go somewhere. And when a person goes to the store, he can bring unnecessary things to us, we will distribute it ourselves and, if necessary, will report. Also in June, we congratulated the students who graduated from school.

And 23 students - excellent students, medalists and winners of the Olympiads - we handed scholarships. What was the size of scholarships for students? I believe that the merits should be encouraged. I have worked from the 8th grade and knew what money was. Now it is generally very difficult to get somewhere, and many children do not know the price of money. I believe that even the Five should have its own price.

For children, we have created our own direction of work. In August-September, we plan to open three playgrounds in the Borovets district. And in a m complex there is a hockey box built at one time - it was not completed on it, and we will fix it so that you can play in the evening. By the lether, we went out with the initiative to the district administration for the restoration of the obelisk on Chulman Avenue.

This obelisk, as I understand it, was still in the village of Borovets, and now he is in the most terrible state in Naberezhnye Chelny. Now, together with the city, we plan to carry out restoration. Needing people are usually silent, and where can they turn for your help? My assistants work in constant mode. How many people have contacted you during your deputy activity, and what are the most significant appeals?

The most relevant appeals are associated with illegal cutting and development of the Borovets forest. This is a very important question that I was engaged in, I am engaged and I will deal with further. In second place are the questions of the housing and communal services. Unfortunately, few questions and initiatives come from ordinary people who could be taken to the legislative level.

But do you have a state council as a deputy of the State Council that excite you most at the state level?Firstly, it is a ZhEU and management companies-how to competently force them to perform their work without decrees from above. Secondly, these are folk squads-I consider it wrong that enterprises are “straining” for their maintenance. The creation of squads should be caused by the desire of parents to protect their children in schools.

Parents should do this themselves, but for this they should be given a certain resource that is not yet given, but prefer to knock out from enterprises. I also deal with the issues of pricing for bread and milk. We even reduce prices for bread with our commercial efforts, but it is still more difficult for milk, because not everything is transparent in agriculture. Why did you, deputy, decide to do charity work?

In the year, the formation of our company took place, after that our help was always, but we did not advertise it too much. Then, with the companion, we somehow decided to streamline this issue and created the Maheev charity foundation. It has existed for 3 years, and his work has been going on its own. The scope of the issues that he is engaged in is quite extensive. This is the restoration of mosques and temples, and the treatment of sick children, financing cultural events, the issuance of scholarships to gifted schoolchildren and assistance to educational institutions.

Essen stores, including how charity centers are in many cities of the republic. Will they ever appear in Kazan? Now the trend is changing, and if we find a common language with the city authorities, we will build. We are already mastering Zelenodolsk, our store will appear there in the year. And from this we will begin the development of the Kazan part of Tatarstan. The company "Essen Production AG" transfers the place of its registration to Samara.

Will this somehow affect your business? As for the conflict between the producers of mayonnaise, there I am completely in solidarity with my companion Leonid Baryshev. And the last question.
