Irina Rogova Biography
Rogova Irina Igorevna was born on August 28 in the village of Bibika in a large peasant family. A great influence on its formation was exerted by the grandfather -fontovik, chairman of the village council I. Nedrazhevsky, who instilled in his grandchildren a sense of love for his native land, and mother and grandmother for Belarusian folk art. Irina actively participated in amateur performances at the school, took part in the performances of the Mozyr Folk Theater, now the I.
Melezha Mozyr Drama Theater and dreamed of entering the theater institute.
But her dreams did not come true. Irina was forced to go to work to help her parents. She spent her first vacation in Leningrad, where two half -brothers studied. She tied her fate with this city, moving there with her daughter and husband in the year. Later, her whole family moved here. Irina worked and at the same time participated in public life. In the year, as a young worker and active public figure in the direction of the enterprise, she entered her studies at the Leningrad Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry.
However, for family reasons, she was forced to go to additional work and leave her studies. I went from a worker to the director of the enterprise. She still took part in public life. In the year, residents of the district chose it as a deputy of the district municipality. In the same year, Irina Rogova was elected chairman of the permanent deputy commission on housing and communal services and improvement on an released basis.
And only in the year did the opportunity to continue education and graduate from the University in the year. Irina Igorevna Rogova never broke off relations with Belarus, took an active part in the creation of public organizations uniting Belarusians in the region. In the year, Irina Rogova was elected President of the Specialized White Rosa Foundation, created in May of the year as the Foundation of Russian-Belarusian cooperation “White dew”.
The main goal of the fund is to unite the efforts of the Belarusian public organizations of St. Petersburg and the North-Western region, as well as individuals, citizens of Russia and Belarus to strengthen ties and cooperation between Russia and Belarus. The task of the fund includes the formation of trust capital for the implementation of projects related to the development of Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the fields of education, science, healthcare, culture, physical culture and unprofessional sports, social assistance and archival affairs.
The main efforts of the fund are aimed at working with youth and veterans. The assistants and partners of the Fund are the Ministry of Culture, Construction, Trade and Education of Belarus. Among the implemented projects: the creation of the Golden Ring of the Belarusian schools, which includes 15 schools of the Leningrad region, 21 schools in St. Petersburg and 51 institutions of Belarus.
